From 2003-2006, the car was subject to an extensive 3 rebuilding restoration by A J Restorations of Shaftesbury
All external panels (doors, bonnet, boot and front wings) were replaced
Some structural replacement and repair work was  necessary to the floors and front RH sill
The remit was to rebuild and replicate the 1965 Works MGB Race cars used at Le Mans
Regularly seen at Goodwood and Silverstone on the MG Owners stand
In 2021 the whole front suspension was replaced with a Moss Independent front suspension set up All the suspension and brake components were renewed including brakes, discs, uprights, hubs
Comprehensive history and invoice file going back to 1988 and pictures of the 2003-6 rebuild
Over past 10 or so years, the car has averaged around 600 miles a year
